When you upload a design file to FastPrint SA:

  • We do not knowingly manufacture designs that infringe copyright, trademarks or patents.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate intellectual property rights or South African law.

Your uploaded files are treated as confidential and are only accessible to authorised personnel where required to fulfil your order.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.

Order records, quotations and related business documents may be retained for up to 5 (five) years for accounting, warranty and legal compliance purposes.

Uploaded design files may be retained for future re-orders unless you request that they be permanently deleted, provided we are not legally required to retain them.

FastPrint SA takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
